Prices quoted are per item and include return shipping by courier. We will accept 925 Sterling Silver only.

We will take the utmost care of your precious pieces however are not responsible for any damages. We reserve the right to refuse services if we feel that the item is not in a condition to be repaired. You are responsible for providing the appropriate packaging for your items when shipping to us, we will ensure the same when returning your items. Typically, it takes about two weeks based on the volume of repairs and orders at the time. Some minor repairs may be completed in a shorter amount of time, while others may take longer.

We are not able to offer warranties on repairs of items that were not originally purchased via Adorn Pacific Island Jewels.
