Travelling to Fiji? We can arrange for your order to be waiting for you at your resort or hotel on arrival. Enter your hotels address and leave us a note with your check-in arrival date.
PAYMENT OPTIONS - IN-STORE AND ONLINE
- CURRENCY All our products are listed in Fijian Dollars (FJD$) both instore and online. Our online store is set up in FJD currency. Any currency conversion app acts as a guide only. All invoices at checkout are issued in Fijian currency (FJD$) and include our local taxes. If your bank uses a currency other than FJD the total will auto convert and reflect the exact amount in your currency, in your bank statement.
- SALES TAX Please note that all product prices are displayed including local sales tax. All our items include 12.5% VAT in accordance with Fiji's taxation requirements.
- IN-STORE SHOWROOM PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept Local Bank Eftpos, Cash, MPaisa and all major Credit Card payments in our showroom, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX). All credit card payments incur a fee of 4%.
- ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept all major credit cards at checkout online - VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX). For offline payments we also accept online transfer to our BSP or Westpac business bank accounts, MPaisa payment or Western Union. If you choose an offline payment option, you will also receive an order confirmation email with the below details.

YES! WE OFFER LAYBY - both in-store an online We often release one-off and limited run styles. If you weren't planning on purchasing a jewel but don't want to miss out, Layby payment will secure your jewel. (If choosing Layby at checkout online you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to proceed with a deposit payment.) We require a 40% deposit and the remainder to be paid within 2 months from the order date. Once the payment has been made in full we will ship your order. Please refer to the product listing for time frames. If you do not complete payments within this time period, you then forfeit any payments you have made.
ONLINE ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

READY TO SHIP ITEMS - Credit cards are processed at checkout and your order will be packed and shipped on the same day. For payment options such as bank transfer/ western union/ Mpaisa - You will receive a confirmation email with further payment details. We pack and ship out as soon as payment is received (weekdays only). Your order is on hold while you process your payment. For Fiji customers this means your parcel will arrive within 1-5 working days depending on your location within Fiji. International orders are delivered 7-21 working days delivery depending on your location and shipping choice.
- MADE-TO-ORDER/CUSTOM ITEMS - You will receive a reply with confirmation of your custom order choices and a design for you to approve. Once approved, we require full payment after which we begin the process of making your order. Time frames for custom orders vary and will be discussed individually. Please note that custom orders are not started without full payment. We require all details to be confirmed before we can start working on your jewel.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY OPTIONS - LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL
All prices are flat rates listed in FJD$ and the below delivery options are displayed at checkout.
PICK UP
- We offer free pick up from our showroom, located in Pacific Harbour, Shop 25, Arts Village, FIJI ISLANDS. For 'ready to ship' items - your order will be ready to collect within 15 minutes of placing your order (within our showroom opening times). For custom or made to order jewelry - our team will contact you once your order is ready for collection and confirm the time and date with you. Please see our Showroom and Opening Hours Page here.
LOCAL DELIVERY
- FREE LOCAL DELIVERY This service is via the Fiji Post Office - Parcel Post. You will receive tracking and collect your parcel at a Fiji Post Office location of your choice. You must provide your ID at collection which should match the recipients name entered at checkout. Along with your address, please enter your preferred Post office location for this service. A P.O Box is unnecessary. Delivery is the next day and is FREE.
Note* If you do not enter your preferred Post Office location at checkout then we will email you prior to shipping. If we do not receive a timely reply then we shall ship to a Post Office closest to your entered address so as not to delay your delivery.
- EMS DOOR-TO-DOOR Please only choose EMS door-to-door delivery option if you are located in a main town or resort (Viti Levu main island only). With this option you will receive tracking and your order will be delivered to your door/resort reception the next day. This service is a flat rate of FJD$10.
- URGENT SAME-DAY HAND DELIVERY BY PRIVATE DRIVER - We have close relationships with several local trusted Driver services. Should you require a very fast and safe delivery on the Island of Viti Levu, we have the below rates as available options at checkout. You will receive the drivers phone contact and the driver will collect from our store within half an hour of your order placed and be on his way to you. This service is for any accesable address or any Resort Reception. Prices from our showroom to Suva area delivery is FJD$60 / Maui Bay area FJD$70 / Intercontinental Hotel FJ$160 / Momi Bay FJ$170 / Nadi FJD$180 / Vuda FJ$200. The driver must collect during our business hours but packages can be delivered after business hours or at a time of your request.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

REGISTERED MAIL this service is a flat rate of FJD$20, however, please note that it is without tracking - this is a non-trackable shipping option without insurance. Registered mail is a service that is provided by Fiji Post. It can be tracked locally up to the Nadi (Fiji) International airport. It is possible to track its flight number out of Fiji. Once landed internationally the parcel is handed to a third party delivery service (usually your country's local postal service) and tracking unfortunately does not carry over. Our packaging for this service is minimal but secure. This shipping option usually takes up to 21 business days or more depending on your shipping location.

SPECIAL REQUESTS Should you have any special requests regarding delivery or packaging please leave us a note at checkout or email adornpacificorders@gmail.com. We will happily combine packaging / individually pack for gifts / custom write gift notes / hold a package to deliver on a particular date etc. In our 10 years of operating we have had every request under the sun and we will do whatever we can to oblige! The more information you provide us, the better we can package your order.
IMPORTANT
* Customers are responsible for their own incoming customs clearance/tariffs and import taxes if applicable. Please research the incoming laws of your country's shipping destination prior to placing your order. Please make sure that you are contactable by customs. Please follow your tracking. Should an item be returned to us you shall be required to pay re-shipping fees and we do not refund returned parcels. With every purchase you agree to the terms of service and shipping policy.
*Not all countries may be available for delivery due to restrictions by customs or by the carrier.
*For all domestic and international shipments - please note that you may experience longer delivery times for remote locations compared to urban centers. Carriers may consolidate shipments to remote areas, leading to potential delays. Please check with your chosen carrier regarding their specific policies and restrictions/availability for remote area deliveries. Please note your tracking and follow your parcel.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to return a purchase from our ready made collections for exchange, credit or refund, you may do so in accordance with the following process. We do not offer exchanges, credit or refunds on custom orders.
RETURN POLICY FOR FIJI ORDERS

Please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your order.

You must return the Product in its original condition for us to accept the return.

Please return to P.O Box 377, Pacific Harbour.

We only accept returns of items purchased at the Adorn Pacific Online Boutique or from our Showroom. Refunds will not be given for Adorn Pacific products purchased from other Adorn Pacific stockists/retailers.

RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You must notify ADORN PACIFIC by emailing adornpacificorders@gmail.com of your intended return within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.

Once you have organised return shipping, please email us with the tracking number so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. You MUST organise return shipping with a tracking number.

You must return the Product in its original condition for us to accept the return.

We only accept returns of items purchased at the Adorn Pacific Online Boutique. Refunds will not be given for Adorn Pacific products purchased from various Adorn Pacific stockists.

Strictly no exchanges or returns are accepted on sale items or custom orders.
- We do not refund for change of mind/issues to your incoming duty payments. This is the customers responsibility. Our invoices are clearly marked in detail to help your clearance processing.
Once your return is received, Adorn Pacific will complete the following steps.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

If the item/s you are returning is of higher value than the item/s you have chosen to exchange with then we will issue you with a refund of that amount less shipping cost. For vice versa we will contact you for further payment before starting the exchange process. We will also contact you for further shipping costs if the exchange is International.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received we will email you a store credit voucher to the total amount of your returned purchase (less shipping cost of for International orders). Your emailed store credit will be valid for one year to be used on the Adorn Pacific online boutique only.
RETURN FOR REFUND

If you have requested a refund, we will credit you the total amount of your returned purchase if approved (less shipping cost for International orders).
SHIPPING RETURNS

For all International returns you are responsible for the ensuing shipping costs for the return shipment of the Product. If there are further shipping costs we will contact you for further payment before starting the exchange process.

On International returns you must mark that the goods are being returned on the courier company's consignment so that the product does not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.

Your return MUST have a tracking number, and we MUST be notified of how to track your return.

You will be provided with a tracking number and information on how to track your exchanged item.
REFUND PAYMENTS
- Refunds can only be credited back in the same way as was used to make the original purchase. If you direct deposited into our account then we will direct deposit back to yours etc. We may also issue a store credit instead.
PROCESSING TIME

Exchanged orders are typically processed within 72 hours of being received. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

Credits and refunds will be processed within 72 hours of being received by ADORN PACIFIC however, depending on which bank your account is held with please allow up to 7 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.
